1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tallyo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Tallyo is provided by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate.

2. Description of Service

Tallyo is a web-based daily tally counter and tracker. Users create counters to track daily activities (water intake, exercises, habits, etc.) by tapping to increment. Data is stored locally in the browser and optionally synced to a secure server for cross-device access.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with unlimited counters, unlimited daily counting, and 7-day history. The Pro tier ($3/month) and Crate Pass ($15/month) provide full counter history (unlimited), CSV/JSON export, analytics dashboards, custom counter themes, archive functionality, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are managed through Polar and can be cancelled at any time from your account page.

4. User Data

Counter data (names, emoji icons, colors, and daily counts) is stored locally in your browser and, when signed in, synced to our secure servers. We do not collect health data, personal identifiers beyond email, or sensitive information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer

Tallyo is not a medical device or health advisor. The Service provides counting and tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, health prescriptions, or fitness guidance. Users are responsible for their own health decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
